1. Confirm your booking
We confirm availability and agree your delivery plan
Once you request your booking, we confirm the item, your address details, and the most suitable delivery window for your event.
2. Arrive & set up safely
Positioned, secured, and checked before handover
We’ll unload, position the inflatable, secure it properly, and complete a safety check. We’ll also explain the key do’s and don’ts.
3. Collection
Quick pack-down and tidy departure
Collection is agreed in advance so you can plan around guests and venue closing times. We pack down efficiently and leave the area tidy.

Delivery FAQs
What time will you deliver and collect?
We deliver in the morning from 8 am and collect from 5 pm. If you are the first drop off, you will be the first collection. Times may differ in winter. If you require a certain time slot, please let us know.
How much space is required?
All dimensions are on the website. Please allow at least 2 foot either side and 4 foot both front and rear for safe operation and pegging.
My garden slopes slightly, will it be ok?
Yes, a slight slope is ok. The entrance will need to be placed at the top of the slope. If the slope is severe, we may ask for an alternative location for safety.
Can you deliver to indoor venues?
Yes. Please make sure the venue is of a suitable size and you must check the ceiling height is higher than the castle you are booking. We use sandbags for stability indoors.
